Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kairohaus@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the fault or damage

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items that have been worn or washed. We strongly recommend checking our size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.

How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
