How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Kairohaus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, so we strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at Kairohaus@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you're still having issues, contact us at Kairohaus@gmail.com, and we'll investigate for you.
